Mr. Chng brings over 30 years of extensive experience in strategic consulting, fintech, and investment, having held key leadership roles in several globally renowned consulting firms. He previously served as Managing Partner for Oliver Wyman in Asia Pacific, Managing Partner for A.T. Kearney in Greater China, Senior Partner at Bain & Company, and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. Through these positions, he has developed profound strategic insights and exceptional management expertise across multiple industries and regions.

His professional background includes advising clients across major sectors in China, including government bodies and diverse financial services institutions, with business reach extending throughout North America, Europe, and more than ten Asian countries. In addition, Mr. Chng co-founded and led investment and operations at Hong Kong Silk Road Finance Company and Yinggang Capital, demonstrating substantial influence in equity investment and corporate governance.

Mr. Chng’s appointment will enhance LPC’s global strategic vision and industry resources, further strengthening our leadership in smart building and digital twin technologies while supporting our growth in green technology and international expansion.
