• The role of Data Scientist is to collect, link and analyse information modelling, geospatial data and IoT data management.

• He/she will be responsible for the development of new forms of data linking and analysis with our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.​

• Academic qualifications in Master level in Computer Science and applications, statistics, analytics and mathematics. For Chief Data Scientist, in addition to the above, a Doctoral Degree in BIM, data capture, platform development and A.I. is required. 

• Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): design and development of databases, data warehouses and multidimensional databases, statistical analysis and data mining, data integration, data mapping, APIs, mobile and web applications.

• High proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.

• High proficiency in mainstream scripting language: JAVAScript, VBScript, Python, etc.

• Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication, good organisational skills, a good team player

Job Description:

• The role of Software Developer is responsible the design, development, documentation and technical support of software applications and solutions.

• He/she will also be responsible for maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code for defects free and successful exploitation of technology and tools of our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.​

• Academic qualifications related to Architecture, Construction, Civil, Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering. 

• Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): for example in Java Development, design patterns, enterprise architecture, REST based applications, web programming languages, database application.

• Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication (Cantonese/English/Mandarin), good organisational skills, good team player​

 

​Requirements for the senior position:

• For the Senior position, a master degree or above in the aforesaid areas is required. 

• Proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.

• Proficiency in mainstream scripting language: JAVAScript, VBScript, Python, etc.

• Relevant developing experience on WPF-based applications or UI frameworks.

• Familiar with SQL Server/mySQL/SQLite for data development.

• Familiar with computer graphics, familiar with OpenGL/WebGL (preferable).

• Second development experience on BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Bentley etc. (preferable)

• Skills and experiences in in BIM / 3D modelling/ 3D visualisation software, i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, BIM collaboration Pro, Glodon, Fuzor, Cubicost, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Enscape, MS Project, or equivalent

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Work and Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM Management Work is highly preferable. Candidates with less experience will also be considered.

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
