  • The role of Data Scientist is to collect, link and analyse information modelling, geospatial data and IoT data management.

  • He/she will be responsible for the development of new forms of data linking and analysis with our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.​

  • Academic qualifications in Master level in Computer Science and applications, statistics, analytics and mathematics. For Chief Data Scientist, in addition to the above, a Doctoral Degree in BIM, data capture, platform development and A.I. is required. 

  • Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): design and development of databases, data warehouses and multidimensional databases, statistical analysis and data mining, data integration, data mapping, APIs, mobile and web applications.

  • High proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.

  • High proficiency in mainstream scripting language: JAVAScript, VBScript, Python, etc.

  • Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication, good organisational skills, a good team player

Software Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The role of Software Developer is responsible the design, development, documentation and technical support of software applications and solutions.

  • He/she will also be responsible for maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code for defects free and successful exploitation of technology and tools of our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.​

  • Academic qualifications related to Architecture, Construction, Civil, Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering. 

  • Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): for example in Java Development, design patterns, enterprise architecture, REST based applications, web programming languages, database application.

  • Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication (Cantonese/English/Mandarin), good organisational skills, good team player​

 

​Requirements for the senior position:

  • For the Senior position, a master degree or above in the aforesaid areas is required. 

  • Proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.

  • Proficiency in mainstream scripting language: JAVAScript, VBScript, Python, etc.

  • Relevant developing experience on WPF-based applications or UI frameworks.

  • Familiar with SQL Server/mySQL/SQLite for data development.

  • Familiar with computer graphics, familiar with OpenGL/WebGL (preferable).

  • Second development experience on BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Bentley etc. (preferable)

BIM Coordinator / BIM Engineer

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for multi-discipline coordination with BIM.

  • Collaborate, coordinate, and liaise with various discipline consultants and contractors to resolve issues with BIM.

  • Optimize or automate the BIM workflow; develop best practices to facilitate smooth BIM project delivery.

  • Assign BIM tasks to team members and closely monitor overall model status and progress.

  • Ensure all project deliverables are issued on time and strictly adhere to quality standards.

  • Prepare internal progress reports for management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

  • 5 years or above relevant BIM or construction experience.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • With CCBC (CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator) qualification is a must.

  • Knowledge of local HK BIM Standards (CIC, BIM Harmonisation Guideline) and Government Standards (Housing Authority, EMSD, ArchSD, etc.) is mandatory.

  • Experience of advanced software and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python / Revit API, Rhino, Civil 3D, Tekla, Fuzor) will be a distinct advantage.

  • Knowledge of PropTech (IoT, Smart Building Systems) and digital solutions (Digital Twins, CDE) is a distinct advantage.

  • Hands-on AI experience (e.g., agentic AI, no-code/low-code, AI tool development) is a strong advantage.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the BIM Engineer position.​

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural/ Building Services or related disciplines

  • Holding CIDB qualification for BIM Coordinator or Modelling of Mechanical & Plumbing is preferable

  • Strong time-management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for group entities with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Oversee treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management.

  • Support company secretarial duties, including statutory filings, board meeting preparation, and corporate governance compliance.
