BIM Modeller / Coordinator / Engineer / Manager

Exposure to a diverse range of projects across the full project lifecycle (including developing government BIM standards, providing ISO 19650 consultancy services, and establishing digital twins for clients).
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Responsible for multi-discipline coordination with BIM.
-
Collaborate, coordinate, and liaise with various discipline consultants and contractors to resolve issues with BIM.
-
Optimize or automate the BIM workflow; develop best practices to facilitate smooth BIM project delivery.
-
Assign BIM tasks to team members and closely monitor overall model status and progress.
-
Ensure all project deliverables are issued on time and strictly adhere to quality standards.
-
Prepare internal progress reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
-
5 years or above relevant BIM or construction experience.
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
-
With CCBC (CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator) qualification is a must.
-
Knowledge of local HK BIM Standards (CIC, BIM Harmonisation Guideline) and Government Standards (Housing Authority, EMSD, ArchSD, etc.) is mandatory.
-
Experience of advanced software and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python / Revit API, Rhino, Civil 3D, Tekla, Fuzor) will be a distinct advantage.

Knowledge of PropTech (IoT, Smart Building Systems) and digital solutions (Digital Twins, CDE) is a distinct advantage.

Hands-on AI experience (e.g., agentic AI, no-code/low-code, AI tool development) is a strong advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder in marketing, communications or related disciplines, with professional qualification or equivalent

Around 2-5 years of experience in IT / Technology Company

Good Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication skills

Work independently, problem-solving, willing to work ad hoc task, Strong analytical and reporting skills

Experience in website development and maintenance, Wix is an advantage
