Llewellyn and Partners Company Limited won the Champion of the best AI innovations in Construction and Engineering 2025 in Global AI Challenge 2025

The world's largest AI competition for building services – the Global AI Challenge 2025 officially commenced on 8 August 2025! The collaborative project "Utilisation of A.I., automation, IoT and big data analysis for the integration of digital twins and building asset management of Hong Kong International Financial Centre Phase II (2IFC)" by Llewellyn and Partners Company Limited (LPC) has emerged victorious among global top-tier teams, securing the ultimate Champion of the best AI innovations in Construction and Engineering 2025! Leveraging deep synergy between LPC’s self-developed AutoTwin digital platform centered on AI-driven IoT, big data analytics, ISO 19650 standard and automation technology to construct a dynamic digital twin, this project sets a benchmark for intelligent advancement in building services.
