(HKU)LPC and GWP (HK) Signed MOU

Hong Kong, May 7th, 2025, Llewellyn & Partners Co. Ltd. (a unicorn company incubated by the MetaBIM Research Lab of the university of Hong Kong, “LPC”) and GWP Architects Hong Kong(“GWP”) have formed a strategic partnership.

LPC + GWP will leverage the international background of both parties as well as Hong Kong’s international location advantages to create in-depth collaboration in areas such as AI Design and smart city construction to jointly create an innovation future. The main objectives of the collaboration will focus on research and development (R&D) and application of digital design, building information modelling (BIM), artificial intelligence (AI) and smart city development and operation solutions. Further more, promote the digital transformation pf the construction industry and the R&D of innovative products through technology sharing and resource integration. The two parties will deepen the collaboration of the technical teams of the two sides through the establishment of a joint venture, build a standardized common data environment (CDE) to strengthen intelligent construction and information management capabilities. Apply new technology to invent advanced products and models that can benefit globalapplication scenarios to promote a sustainable development of the world.
